✅ FOR 3 TYPES OF STERILIZATION – The 60gsm sterilization pouches are made of advance medical grade paper and CPP+PET compound film that can withstand high temperatures depending on the type of sterilization. The tool bags can be used with autoclave/steam and EO (Ethylene Oxide) methods. Maximum temperatures: steam -121.3℃ (15-20mins), 132℃ (10mins); EO – 30℃-60℃ (15-18 hours).
✅ WITH EXTERNAL INDICATORS – The Sterilization Pouches utilize a transparent compound film for easy tool organization when cleaning. Each pouch also has an external indicator system that changes color once sterilization is done, depending on the method used. The indicator arrow turns brown on steam or autoclave and yellow when EO is processed.
