A little suggestion about installation:

1. If the deadbolt is oppsite after installation, pls find the toggle switch on the back board panel, and switch it to other side(L/R) and reinstall

2. If you receive the deadbolt with scratch, it must be because amazon mixed returned item, pls contact laraine@narpultsmart.com to get new replacement
